a) Setup Fee

The £99.99 setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources spent on preparing your custom solution.
b) Monthly Subscription

The first month’s payment of £999.99 is refundable, provided the refund is requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.

After the first month, no refunds are issued for subscription fees already paid.

Partial refunds for mid-month cancellations are not available.
3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice (via email).

Upon cancellation, service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No further payments will be collected after the cancellation becomes effective.
